Ministry of Corporate Affairs The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) is an Indian government portal and regulatory body responsible for regulating corporate affairs through the Companies Act, 2013 and the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008, overseeing company incorporation, compliance, and governance.
